Frank Bartoli (he/him/his)

Frank Bartoli is the founder and CEO of PA Inclusive and Coffee Inclusive. His career spans more than 30 years of successful non-profit leadership. His disability advocacy interest and experience, and the reason for starting PA Inclusive, was to advocate for his daughter Ellie, who has Down Syndrome, and other people like Ellie so they can live typical lives. As a result, Ellie was fully included in her high school classroom and attended many community programs. She was the Pittston Area High School 2017 Homecoming Queen and the Pittston Area Girls Basketball Team Manager, where she played in 2 High School Basketball Games, including the All-Star game, and became the inspiration for PA Inclusive. Mr. Bartoli furthered his advocacy experience as the Executive Director of The Arc of Delaware County, a member of the Board of Directors of The Arc of Pennsylvania, and the president of The Arc Community Trust. He was selected to the Governor’s Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities. His non-profit leadership experience includes multiple positions within the YMCA movement, including Executive Director/CEO of the Greater Pittston YMCA and Associate Executive Director at the Ambler Area YMCA, a branch of The YMCA of Philadelphia and Vicinity. In addition, he provides consulting and grant writing services to non-profit organizations under his private business, Bartoli Advocacy and Consulting Services. He has taught undergraduate students at Eastern University, mentored undergraduate groups at the University of Pennsylvania, was a guest columnist for the Sunday Dispatch, founded and served as President of the Delta Nu Alumni Association of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity at Lock Haven University, and served on the Board of Directors of the Luzerne County Down Syndrome Network. He graduated from Leadership Wilkes-Barre and was named the 2002 Greater Pittston Person of the Year by the Sunday Dispatch. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in Recreation Management and a Master’s Degree in Administration from the West Chester University of PA. He and his wife reside in Pittston, PA.
Dawn M. Bucci, CPA (she/her/hers)
Dawn is the co-owner of Bucci Financial Services alongside her husband. She has over 25 years of progressive audit, accounting, and tax experience in private industry management and national and regional public accounting firms. In addition, she is an accomplished and focused finance director with a history of consistently creating efficiencies and developing staff, allowing for expanded responsibilities within the finance function.
Previously, Dawn served as the Director of Finance/Controller and Asst. Treasurer at ParenteBeard LLC, as an accountant for the National Breast Cancer 3Day, has worked at KPMG and other regional accounting firms.
Dawn graduated cum laude from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is a licensed CPA in the state of PA. She is a member of the PA Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Dawn is also a former Baker Tilly International North American CFO Committee co-chair and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Connie oversees all financial and administrative functions of the agency, including bookkeeping, billing, human resources, training, and compliance. In addition, she is the liaison between PA Inclusive and the Office of Developmental Programs and the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Connie has 15 years of experience working in billing, finances, office management and seven years of recruiting experience. Connie currently resides in Pittston with her two children, Nico and Ariana.
Huyen Nguyen (she/her/hers)

Huyen oversees the Human Resources department and serves as the point of contact for employees in Human Relations matters, including benefits administration, internal documentation, employee relations, and employee disputes. She also served as the Project Manager to launch the agency’s first electronic health record system, Therap. She developed the system and manages this role’s integration processes, client documentation, and training program. Her prior experience includes multiple positions in Procurement and Materials Management in the Oil and Gas industry, working for several international companies in Singapore and South Korea. She is a member of SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management organization, and a member of the Professional Development Committee for the SHRM PA Chapter. SHRM-CP Certification is one of the career-development goals that she is working on. Recently, Huyen received Certification from Cornell University as a Work Incentive Practitioner/Benefits Counselor. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Hai-Phong University, Vietnam. She previously lived in Vietnam with her mother taking care of her niece, who has Down Syndrome, and this is one of the factors contributing to her residing in Pittston and working for PA Inclusive.
Sophia Mazaleski (she/her/hers)

Sophia graduated with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Criminal Justice from King’s College, Wilkes-Barre, PA. She has worked in the human services field in Northeastern Pennsylvania and Philadelphia areas for over five years. Her work experience includes working as a Mentor with the King’s College Juvenile Justice Mentoring Program, Blended Case Manager and Family Home-Based Case Manager/Therapist with Children’s Service Center, and Truancy Case Manager for CORA Services, Inc., in Philadelphia, PA. Sophia is passionate about helping children and their families and finds fulfillment in advocating for them.
Sophia has earned certifications in the Prepared Renter Education Program (PREP) through the Self Determination Housing Project of PA, Employment Services for People with Disabilities through the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE), and Community Participation Supports (CPS) through the PA Office of Development Programs. She resides in Kingston, PA.
Kaitlin Hall (she/her/hers)

Kaitlin Hall holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications and
a specialization in Law from Misericordia University. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a specialization in Management. Her career is marked by her ability to craft compelling narratives and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
Her certifications from Cornell demonstrate Kaitlin’s dedication to professional growth.
University in Digital Marketing for Hospitality & Services and Marketing AI. Kaitlin’s expertise spans digital and traditional marketing, event coordination, social media, public relations, and development. With a genuine love for connecting with people and creating positive experiences, she is committed to advancing PA Inclusive’s mission and enhancing brand identity. Kaitlin resides in Tunkhannock, PA, and enjoys exploring new opportunities to make a difference in her community.
Jonathan Dove (he/him/his)

Jonathan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Criminal Justice from the Kutztown University of PA. He has been working in the human services field for nearly 20 years. His first experience was working with juveniles in a secure facility setting. Jonathan helped these juveniles navigate the justice system in this role while developing the skills needed to succeed in the community.
He then transitioned to the Director of Case Management at a local Community Action Agency. Jonathan worked to develop and operate programs geared toward low-income families. These services included utility assistance, rental assistance, homeless advocacy, and rental development.
Jonathan has experience working with many federal, state, and local programs. In addition, he has been involved with HUD, local housing authorities, and many other community organizations.

Jessica graduated from Lackawanna College with an Associate’s degree in Human Services, a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science from Misericordia University, and a Master’s in Psychology from Medaille University in Buffalo, NY. She has worked in the mental health field/human services field for over seven years. Before working at PA Inclusive, Jessica worked at the Northeast Regional Autism Center at Friendship House in Scranton, working with children and adolescents with autism providing Applied Behavioral Therapy in schools and the home. While working at Friendship House, she received 40 hours of RBT training from Florida Tech and training as a crisis text line crisis worker. Additionally, she assisted in property management for over ten years in the Scranton area. Jessica will attend the University of Scranton in the fall to continue her studies for the Board-Certified Behavioral Analyses advanced graduate studies certification program.
Tom Carlucci (he/him/his)

Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in Education and Public Policy with a minor in Sociology from Penn State University-Main Campus. Tom is currently pursuing his non-profit management graduate certificate from Harvard Extension School.
Tom has held advocacy and management positions with an array of non-profit organizations, from his own education non-profit to national trade associations. With over a decade of experience working with provider organizations throughout the northeast region, Tom carries a strong passion for helping our clients live inclusive and sustainable lives.
Rainy Boyle (she/her/hers)

Rainy attended King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA, where she received her Bachelor’s in Biology. Rainy strongly focused on sustainability while there and went on to work for the White Violet Center for Eco-Justice. For the last eight years, she has worked at Volunteers of America Pennsylvania, where she has been able to help and learn how to run the Ruth’s Place women’s shelter to grow VOAPA’s street outreach program, then Give Hope. She was the program Outreach Manager and Community Health Worker, and for eight years, was dedicated to rehousing the most vulnerable of populations. She has a background in fundraising due to Rainy gaining many community connections for the programs, as well as being on the Walk for Hope planning committee since 2017.
Bob Kenyon (he/him/his)

Bob hails from Cocoa Beach, Florida, and grew up during the Apollo moon missions. After a four-year hitch in the United States Marine Corps, Bob entered the hospitality business as a night auditor at Sky Valley Resort in Dillard, Georgia.
Bob returned to Cocoa Beach and began working at a small independent hotel. Through hard work and determination, Bob and his team converted the hotel into an award-winning Choice hotel. Later, Bob and his wife Hope relocated to the nation’s oldest city, St. Augustine, FL, where he managed three Best Western hotels and a Hampton Inn. Finally, due to family considerations, Bob relocated to Pittston in 2020 and was lucky enough to be hired by PA Inclusive as a recruiter to help find compassionate, caring people to work with the individuals we support.

Linda is a resident of Luzerne County with ten years of general HR experience. She joined PA Inclusive in July of 2022 as an Administrative Assistant, focusing on new hire training and client data updates. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Moravian University, Bethlehem, PA.
Matthew Krispin (he/him/his)

As someone with intellectual disabilities, from his days of preschool, growing up, and into his adult life, Matthew received numerous services from multiple people, organizations, and schools he attended. But it never slowed him down; it made him determined to strive for more. Matthew was fully included in his classes throughout his school years at all levels of schooling, which benefited him significantly. Matthew graduated from Tunkhannock Area High School in Tunkhannock, PA, in 2012 and then graduated with his associate degree in Business Management from Luzerne County Community College in Nanticoke, PA, in 2016.
Matthew first came to PA Inclusive through an OVR Supported Employment contract. PA Inclusive thought of him when they were looking for a new Administrative Assistant in the main office in Pittston. Matthew was hired as an Administrative Assistant in 2022. Matthew has a strong passion and heart for work and for the success it brings.
Matthew has long demonstrated a spirit of being helpful to others and has been beneficial in service to his local communities in multiple ways. He is active at his church, St. Therese’s Church in Shavertown, PA, where he enjoys serving as a reader. He was once chosen as an Eagle Scout mentor. Additionally, Matthew was Co-Chair of PA Inclusive’s Campaign for Inclusion 2023, and he also frequently goes out into the region to help promote PA Inclusive. Matthew can also sometimes be found on his family’s farm outside Dallas, PA. He also enjoys going to events and seeing sights around northeastern Pennsylvania and sometimes beyond. He also enjoys history and current events and strives for happy and healthy living physically and mentally. Matthew is a lifelong resident of northeastern Pennsylvania. He lives outside Dallas, PA, near his family and many friends.
Arsalan Warsi (He/Him/His)

Arsalan graduated from Penn State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Neuropsychology. In 2023, he earned his Master’s in General Psychology from Northcentral/National University. He has worked in the human services field for close to 8 years, gaining experience in multiple areas within the human services field. Starting his career, he worked at a Kids Peace Psychiatric Hospital and Residential Center. Arsalan was a Lead Mental Health Technician at the Female Trauma Residential Unit. He also has experience working in special education classrooms as a teacher’s assistant. His experience includes working in mental health facilities, drug rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis programs and accumulating experience in trauma-informed care, ASD understanding, treatment planning, CBT, running groups, de-escalation tactics, reporting, drug rehabilitation, team management, and a broad understanding of intellectual disabilities to include mental, health issues, disorders, and diagnoses.
At PA Inclusive, he started as an Employment Specialist, and since then, he has worked his way up to becoming the Regional Program Supervisor, overseeing Monroe and Pike counties.

Joy Kessock (she/her/hers)

Joy has a master’s degree in family counseling from Liberty University, a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Elizabethtown College, and a certificate in non-profit management from Berks Community Foundation. Joy has extensive experience working with people with disabilities, beginning over 25 years ago as an aide in the school and home environment.
She then gained experience working as a job coach, para-educator, associate director at a day program, resident advisor in a group home, Im4Q monitor, SIS assessor, and IDD support coordinator. Her most recent experience before coming to PA Inclusive was as a program manager for a transitional home for homeless women and their dependent children, where she was responsible for tracking demographics, grant reports, facility monitoring, housing, and employment. She also has experience as a Girl Scout leader and 2nd-grade reading tutor.
