Hazleton Transition Academy Social Club Winter Session 2024

The Hazleton Transition Academy Social Club Winter Session 2024 will last 10 weeks from 1/8/2024 – 3/11/2024, focusing on Module 2 – Workplace Readiness. Due to limited availability, each session will consist of a maximum of 15 participants joining us for 2 hours every Monday from 5:30 – 7:30 PM at the One Community Center located at 225 E 4th Street, Hazleton, PA 18201.
This program is FREE, and each participant has the potential to earn $200.00 if all classes in the module are attended – Modules: Self-Advocacy, Workplace Readiness, and Independent Living Skills.
In addition, all participants will receive a FREE course kit containing all the necessary materials: supplies, games, activities, games, and a tee shirt. FREE transportation is also available for scheduling if needed. Spaces are limited and first come, first served, with up to 15 participants per location.
