What We Do

Mission:

To help create and support inclusive & sustainable lives for people with disabilities.

Vision:

We envision a society where people with disabilities are fully engaged in their communities.

About Our Company:

We believe people with disabilities should live where they want, with who they want, and in the way they want, and that they can choose to work in an area of their interest at a job of their choosing in their community. Both work and living support services are customized and delivered to support the individual in the manner they choose.

We accomplish this by serving as a Provider of Services with the PA Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) IDD Waiver program by offering various community-based services through that system. These services include In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS), Companion Services, Community Participation Supports (CPS), Supported Employment, Housing Transition, Tenancy Sustaining Services, Support Brokering, and Benefits Counseling.

We also provide Employment Services to high school students through the PA Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) for PA OVR Pre-Employment Transition Services (PETS) and Supported Employment for adults.

In addition, we have developed various other services designed to help fill in the blanks for youth and adults with disabilities, including our SMART Tech Resource Center, Transitional Academy Social Club, and the Inclusive Rental Assistance Program (IRAP). Our affiliation with Turn To Us Autism Resource Centers and the Spectrum Sensory Gym allows us to offer more services to more people.

Live Inclusive

We believe people with disabilities should live where and with whom they want. We provide support services, including Habilitation and Companionship Services to help them live in their most natural environment and connect them to other services when necessary. We believe that people with disabilities should be empowered with making their own decisions and choices, and we respect those choices and values. Our role is always to support the person in the life they choose.

PA Inclusive currently serves Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wyoming, Monroe, Carbon, Berks, and Columbia Counties.

PA Inclusive is a provider of support services for those with an ID Waiver in areas such as In Home and Community Habilitation Companion Services, Respite, and Supported Living services.

Transition Inclusive

Transition Planning is a vital process where a student plans for their life after high school. We want to be there along the way to help set the plan in place and assist the student in both the employment process as well as their plan after high school. We can be engaged by the student or the school district in this process.

PA Inclusive is a Vendor with Office of Vocational Rehabilitation for the Pre-Employment Transition Services (PETS) in Community Based Work Assessments, Job Shadowing, and Work Based Learning Experiences and direct contract with local school districts.
