Poconos Transition Academy Social Club Winter Session 2024

The Poconos Transition Academy Social Club Winter 2024 session will run for ten weeks from 1/11/2024 to 3/21/2024. Due to limited availability, each session will consist of a maximum of 10 participants who will join us for 2 hours weekly on Thursdays from 5:30 – 7:30 PM. Classes will be held at the Pocono Regional NEPA Inclusive Office: 528 Seven Bridge Road, Suite 300, East Stroudsburg, PA 18640
This course is designed to bring High School students with Autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities, ages 14 and up, together after school to socialize and develop lifelong skills. The Winter Session will focus on Workplace Readiness Skills.
The program is completely FREE, and all participants will receive a Course Kit containing all needed materials: supplies, games, activities, and a t-shirt at no cost.
